We are gearing up for the new year by throwing a little soiree of our own. No real celebration is ever complete without the pop of a cork from a delicious sparkling wine, so come join us at Wahoo! for an evening dedicated to the bubbles that will shine golden in the glasses we toast on December 31st!

You can expect premier Champagne, lofty Cremants, punchy Proseccos, lovely Cavas– if it bubbles we’re drinking it! We’ll soon be celebrating another turn around the Sun, but tonight we’ll be focusing on the joy of bubbly wine that is a celebration in and of itself.

With more than 40 years of experience in the wine trade, Michael Corso has built his portfolio around a simple philosophy: great wines begin with great growers. His selections focus primarily on small, family-run domaines in France, where wines are crafted with a deep respect for land, tradition, and terroir.

Michael works closely with vignerons who farm sustainably—many organically—and allows the winemaker’s voice to shine without heavy intervention. The result is a collection of classically styled wines meant to be enjoyed at the table: fresh, balanced, expressive, and never overpowering.
